These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tomsheatandair.com and the services of Tom's Heating & Air, doing business as Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning, located at 410 Northview Dr., Van Buren, AR 72956. By using our website or requesting HVAC services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, including the Your Privacy Choices section. Services

Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning provides residential and light-commercial heating, cooling, heat pumps, ductless/mini-split, indoor air quality, ductwork, thermostat, and related HVAC services across Van Buren, Fort Smith, and the Arkansas River Valley in Arkansas, including neighboring Oklahoma communities listed on our service-area pages. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and promotions are subject to change. Emergency service is offered 24/7 subject to technician availability and weather/road conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time and are non-binding until confirmed in a signed service agreement or written authorization; final pricing may change after on-site inspection, diagnosis, or discovery of additional work required for a safe, code-compliant repair. Financing, where offered, is provided by a third-party lender subject to that lender's terms and credit approval — we do not make credit decisions and are not a lender.

Online Payments

Invoice payments made through links on this website are processed on Payzer's hosted checkout (or another processor's hosted page). You agree that card entry occurs on the processor's site under their terms and privacy practices. We do not store full payment card numbers on our website. See the Payment Security section of our Privacy Policy.

Website Content & AI-Assisted Material

You and Tom's Heating & Air Conditioning waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Termination
